Interview with the Vampire has always known that immortality is more fun with yearning, betrayal and cheekbones sharp enough to open a letter. Its third chapter, retitled The Vampire Lestat, premiered on AMC and AMC+ on 7 June 2026.

This college comedy follows closeted freshman Benny as he tries to perform the version of masculinity he thinks everybody wants. Naturally, the plan goes beautifully wrong.

Overcompensating is fast, awkward and specific about the exhausting theatre of the closet. It understands that queer self-discovery can be painful and still absolutely ridiculous.
